  • How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want?
  • With or without garage?
  • What is the number of square feet targeted?
Do you need to have acquired land before starting a house plan?

Ideally, yes, but it is not an obligation. On the other hand, if you already have land, it will be easier to optimize your house plan in its environment, which will allow you to position your house to maximize sunlight.
